Is it just me, or does anyone else want that friend that throws fabulous dinner parties with delicious food, beautiful decor, and awesome drinks? If you are that friend or already have that friend, I am jealous.
For the rest of us over here who don't have that friend yet, enter Filigree Suppers. They are a beautiful and talented duo that host monthly supper club style dinners, rotating between Chicago and New York City. They invite local makers to collaborate with them to provide the venue, food, dinnerware, florals, menus, place cards, art installations - basically anything you would need for an unforgettable dinner experience. It's like getting to attend a dinner party with 30 or so new friends, lots of wine, and good food. YES, sign me up.
I had the opportunity to collaborate with them on their latest supper in Chicago, which happened to be their 2 year anniversary! The mood board was full of graphic black and white prints, pinks, and some other fun pops of color. Everyone designed their contributions separately, so it was amazing to see it all come together and that it was all cohesive. Scroll through the images by Jasmine Pulley below to see how everything turned out!
Stay tuned for my next post! I'll have a DIY for you on how I made those place cards!
